July Trainings
posted on: 30 June 2007
The committee had come to a decision after sitting down on Friday for a meeting. We had put together the pros and cons and had decided to put the trainings in the month of July at:
Venue: SPGG
Time: 7pm to 9pm
And we had also come to an agreement that trainings will
only be held on Mondays. This is because there might be some of you may choose to skip the trainings due to the time thus resulting in a massive drop in attendance per day and also the coaches had other commitments that may be disrupted due to the late starting time of our trainings. But be assured that every bowler will have their fair share to the coaches' attention.
We, the committee had come to this difficult solution to a problem that is not created by us. We also want to apologise to those who really wanted to use other alleys but we cannot accomodate to each and everyone's wish.We kindly seek for all of your co-operation in the month of July and are sorry for any inconvienence caused. We would like to inform all bowlers that attendance will still be taken and the list of bowlers that did not make the cut for the team selections will be out soon.
Please do take note of the changes and see you all at trainings starting from this coming

July / August Trainings
posted on: 16 June 2007
All bowlers, please do take note of the following
SBF has booked SPGG bowling alley for their training for the whole month of July, Monday to Friday, morning till 7.00pm. As such, we are only left with two choices:
- Trainings to be remained at SPGG but will start from 7.00pm onwards till 8.30pm OR
- Trainings to be held at other Bowling Alley at 5.30pm to 7.00pm BUT at a higher training fee due to the high cost of lanes rental.
The choices are
ONLY as per above. Please drop a little message at the tagboard on the right in order for the committee to make a final decision.
Please also be reminded that regardless of which changes, attendance will still be taken and it will count towards the percentage for the team selections to be held on the 30th August.

All bowlers, please kindly take note that next week's training will be combined to Monday, 11 June. As such, there will be
no training on Tuesday, 12 June.
Training time will be as per usual at 5.30pm. Please take note of the changes and help spread the notice to our fellow bowlers.
The management committee had noticed a drop in attendance lately, so we want to remind all bowlers that in order to be eligible for SP Team Selection, which is to be held on the 30-31 August, you must attained
at least 75% of training attendance.
Thank you!
