Apologies from Management Committee
posted on: 23 April 2007
There was an over-whelming response of turnout of bowlers at SPGG today, 23rd April 2007. As such, there was a glitch overlooked by the management committee members present today including myself.
The matter I'm referring to is:
A group of 10-11 freshmen was made to share two lanes together when instructions was actually given by our coach to have 4-5 per lanes. And there was these two lanes with only 6 bowlers sharing. It was not until our head coach and the alley in-charge found out.Hence, as the President of SPBC and on behalf of my management committee would sincerely like to apologise to all affected freshmen for the glitch today evening at SPGG Bowling Alley. I still hoped you all will still be joining us for future trainings despite this.
I wish you all had a great time today and hoped that the training package dished out by the coaches will benefit all of you. Lastly, I promised there will not be any chance of a repeat of the glitch today.

Membership Fees
Sorry for the late announcement of the one-time membership fee. This fee was actually in effect since the last academic year.
A
membership fee of $5.00 per semester will be put into the club fund accounts for funding of self-funding events etc. The membership fee will apply to
all SPBC bowlers from the freshmen to seniors.
The management committee wants to ensure that we
will not use your money in vain. Why do we need to collect the membership fee? It is due to the club is partially self-funding. And there are many activites that the club needs funds to organise for the members.
We hoped to see the support of all bowlers and will contribute to the cause of the club. We are trying our best to give the best to you out of what you had to pay out.

Gentle reminder to all that you do not need to exchange your student admin card when you come for the training. It applies to
